Tom: I guess this is Bendis just pissing me off, but if time is "broken" from Age of Ultron, how does Magik travel in time to study magic with Dr Strange?

My interpretation of broken Time is that whatever rules the system has, will now work inconsistently.
Sometimes things the could not be done previously, can now be done. An example of this would be traveling through time, and not creating a divergent reality in the process.
Maybe time travel becomes a one way road for certain individuals.
Considering the fact that Marvel has never clearly explained the rules of time travel in their universe, there is a lot of wiggle room.
